Denise gets 5 stars. I called looking for availability as my eye doctor appointment at a competitor canceled my two appts last minute with no notice. I let her know I was leaving town tomorrow for two months and she offered to call the other locations. She found me a same day appointment at their Sarasota location. This will be my new go to Ete care specialist

I asked that too. They said bottom line is that their glasses are less expensive without it & it's true. I paid $45 for the exam, (im over 65), and $179 for the frames with HD, progressive lenses! What a steal.
