Walked into Verizon with what I thought was a major phone problem. The store manager sat down and listened to my complaint. He went into the phone settings and fixed the problem for me. I asked how much I owed for fixing my phone. The manager told me there was no charge and to have a nice day. Excellent customer service which is hard, if not impossible, to find now a days. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend Verizon store in Lehigh Acres for any of your cell phone needs
