Sealcoating is the number one reason I called Donald. When he came out to my home to sealcoat my driveway he spotted some serious drainage problems that were leading to cracks in my asphalt. Commercial and parking lot paving requires professional help. I own 3 parking lots and each one requires near constant maintenance. I hired Donald to come to look at each one and let me know what he could do. For 2 of them he recommended some mild repairs and one he recommended sealcoating.
