During peak season the hotels go up considerably. For my budget, i consider them pricey, but if you search around there are deals to be found. You will want to make arrangements before arriving because rooms sell out fast. There are even some hotels that require a two day stay.
Motels extend up the lake for twenty miles or more. They vary in prices but generally go up from 4th of July to Labor day. There are also camp grounds and Rv parks in neighboring towns. Not far from the beach. Be advised many people book favorite hotel and or room from one year to the next. But there are many motels. Some even have their own Beach's or docks for boats.
Fort William Henry Hotel great hotel
There are a lot of places to stay. It does get pricey in the summer time and you will need to book in advance.
There is a lot of motels and Hotel's in the town and all round. Out of the town a little chipper. But, you have to make arrangement before you planning your trip. On till Labor Day is busy.
