Updated pricing (business or personal) is $60 for a base and $120 for a 2% cash back, which is shipped as a voucher in October-ish. Basically, if you spend $250 a month, it's going to get you $60 cash back which makes it break even to the base. There's also some ancillary features which are included as extras. Since Costco is our point for gas, we just about get the membership for free each year give it take a handful of dollars.
