You can stop at the help desk buy a cash/gift card (any amount you wish) an shop that day. If you go over the amount pay the rest in cash. That amounts to a day pass.
Pretty sure they will let you in to look but not sure if you can purchase. If so, there may be a non member upcharge. Best bet is to call ahead to the store.

I believe that you can get a one-day pass. Better yet if you know someone with a membership, you can get in with them. There's another new location in the Westchase area, too, if you live in that area.
