They sell rearview mirror adhesive pads, but they don't do it for you.
They don't put it on themselves for you but they do have the glue to put it on just like super glue you put it on there back in the mirror and you stick it to the window don't really need a mechanic to do that but they do have the glue I bought it before
U can buy a glue kit to stck it back on
