lol @ the "answers" to this question. Greg is complaining that they don't answer the phone...and I can see what he's talking about, as I've been on hold for 10 mins with no one picking up....
It’s a year later and the same problem exists. I actually forgot I was on hold and waited an hour accidentally on the phone and guess what. Still on hold lol

I just picked up a $200 mini fridge. Got it home and found it is damaged. I spent 30mins in the store with 25 employees (I counted) wandering around looking for someone to help in car audio till I had to walk to the front to get a manager. Just spent 45+mins trying every menu option on the phone to get no answer. Guess what, Best Buy: I'm returning $500 worth of merchandise tomorrow. Good job.

I don't buy phones from best buy, wanted to check on the inventory of a item! All it says is open box display, at every store?
