Try calling store more you get a recording they’re not taking calls got transferred to someone in Washington state I need to speak to car audio installation and they can’t transfer me told me I would have to drive to store to talk to someone. I will take my stereo install somewhere else. This was at the Wesley chapel store

BUYER BEWARE -- INCOMPETENT SERVICE TECHS -- YOU OWN THE RISK Brought in an iPhone 8 Plus for screen repair. After they replaced the screen, the phone was stuck in boot-loop and half the screen was dark... "oh well, heres a $50 gift card" even though now you have to shell out HUNDREDS more dollars to get a new phone! Last year, I brought my laptop there to get fixed because the speakers stopped working, and they broke it and had to junk it. Thank God I had the warranty through Bestbuy on it or else I would have been SOL then too! Until they royally screwed up, they were pretty rude, but I have never had a pleasant experience with geek squad or best buy staff...

I called the main store and they transferred me to the department. Word of warning, they only had too people working and they didn't honor my appointment time. Had to leave my device and come back the next day. The excuse was the had just become apple certified and didn't have the person there to work on it.
