Has anyone else had a horrible experience with the incompetent receptionists? Their medical staff is fine, but the poeple behind the counter are insufferable. I will never bring my business back. Has anyone else had an issue?

I would address it directly w Dr. Russ. This is a wonderful place w compassionate care for animals. Don't let one experience ruin it.
