Special thanks to Michael Denis who has been available to speak with me when I call the Office or he returns my call! He is very kind and capable- hope he stays with the Company a long time!

If you enjoy living with mice this is the place for you. You’ll spend hundreds out of pocket to self treat. You may have to sleep with a TV on to drown out the sound of mice scurrying about. You’ll be entertained by them running around in broad daylight. You’ll even meet their babies. Management will attempt to pacify you with mediocre pest control treatments. And sometimes you will be told that pest control will be out so you need to move everything away from walls, out of closets and cupboards only to have them not show up.

I love this community. I feel safe and secure. My 9 year old daughter plays with her friends and I trust her playing outside.The neighborhood is quiet and the staff is friendly. I complained about a hostile neighbor’s son ( adult) and the manager took it very seriously and responded. I love that the staff is professional and understanding❤️❤️❤️.

I’ve only lived here for a short amount of time but what I can say so far is that I am happy with my home and like the neighborhood. A lot kids for my children to play with and a great staff. Brinette in the rental office was extremely good to me and very patient with my 10 calls a day prior to move in and was very accommodating and sweet. The maintenance staff is also very friendly. They get done what needs to be done and do a good job of explaining things. I’m very happy with the home we live in and the overall experience in general.
