Very selective on what is worth pulling someone over. 5 year old expired tags? No problem. Illegal U turn? No problem. No lights at night? You're good. 10 over on a clear day? Better intervene on this menace to society and take them to court. Also had a car stolen once from my house. Police didn't care when I had to pick it up from the city. Check for prints? "You got the car back" I was told. Some kids took the front plate off and smoked a ton of marijuana inside. "You should put the windows down on the way home" they told me. Thanks. Glad my taxes pay for this stellar effort.

Sure, just call 410-887-2222 and tell the dispatcher there are multiple cars on your street that you believe have expired tags/abandoned. And a unit will respond when practical
