Video the dog in your yard as evidence that is acting aggressively. Call animal control so you have a formal report. However be prepared for your neighbors to be angry. Do what you need to do to protect your family and pets short of injuring the dog.
Mean while put mothballs.on your lawn...dogs hate the smell
I agree with the other respondents - take pics or, better yet, video of the dog, especially if it is acting aggressive. Even if it isn't, the owner(s) have a responsibility to keep the dog under control by making sure ot remains within their fence, or on a leash, which is the law. Call animal control to come out, and give them the pics or video as evidence. Let them know this has happened more than once, and you don't want to have anyone hurt due to the owner(s) irresponsibility. Do not try to subdue the dog yourself for your own safety. You may have an angry neighbor, but the neighborhood and probably the dog will be the better for it. Good luck!
Yes contact animal control. If you have any way to do rain the dog all the better for them to get it. Otherwise if you know where the dog lives, you can turn in a report. DO NOT try harm the dog as you can be held responsible .
There is a leash law in AACo. I would contact animal control.
