Actually, Pastini was one of the first arrivals when the shopping center morphed from Beaverton Mall to Cedar Hills Crossing -- unless I'm misremembering, they moved in when G. I. Joe's was still a going concern and there was a roller skate rink next door rather than New Seasons.
