The store has a nice vibe and helpful staff. I like their flower selection and edibles. They have daily deals every day. Munchie monday is my favorite. I recommend checking them out if you’re in the area.

Not a great experience at all. I've learned from working in Customer Service that there is always something you can do to help a customer. But the woman I spoke to would not help me. Story: I was looking for a tincture oil that I could put drops under my tongue and help with my anxiety. I wanted a flavorless (just taste like cannabis) oil, which looks yellowish. The woman sold me a guava-flavored, purple looking liquid in an unsealed bottle. When I got to my car, I noticed that it was not sealed, so I came back inside to ask if they could exchange it for what I asked for. "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." she kept saying, over and over. She said that since I left the store with the product, it could not be returned "or I could lose my license with the OLCC" she said like 3 times. Okay fine. So I asked if she could sell me the CORRECT oil at a discount (Since I would now be giving them over $100 total), and she wouldn't even offer me a discount. I wouldn't dare give her any more of my money, so I just left, with this pinkish-purple, guava flavored "oil". I won't be coming back to that place. I see why Kaleafa is kicking their azz.
