Recently, my next door neighbor had a pool installed in his back yard, and ever since, we have experienced flooding through the fence between us and I am seeking a solution. Can you advise? Thank you.

either or you put in an drainage line that will collect the water and run it out of your yard. I had the same problem and I had 2 options to correct it. I chose to put in a "curb" along my fence line that ultimately reversed the flooding. neighbor wasn't happy, but I had originally asked him to help me pay for the drain line to be put in explaining the reasoning behind it but he refused, so thats why I went with route 2. now his back yard has a "flooding" issue.

You could setup a garden on the your side of the fence. Plant something that will fruit and profit off their water bill. Alternatively, you let the water flood your backyard, have a marsh, and get a pet alligator.
