Believe it or not... Did not have to wait 15 minutes 2 get a City worker, nor did I have 2 get transfered 3-4 timed before I got 2 the right department like City of Orlando ( Horrible experience there... ) What a WONDERFUL experience. Very kind and knowledgeable City employee, who actually went out of her way 2 get me all the information that I needed. If I could remember her name, I would Definitely post it

Recently, my next door neighbor had a pool installed in his back yard, and ever since, we have experienced flooding through the fence between us and I am seeking a solution. Can you advise? Thank you.

either or you put in an drainage line that will collect the water and run it out of your yard. I had the same problem and I had 2 options to correct it. I chose to put in a "curb" along my fence line that ultimately reversed the flooding. neighbor wasn't happy, but I had originally asked him to help me pay for the drain line to be put in explaining the reasoning behind it but he refused, so thats why I went with route 2. now his back yard has a "flooding" issue.
