Hi there. . I work for the city of winter springs. We got big opening by fridar on trotwood. Everyone can go . Check the new water play. About the dog park. The City has one by city hall. Is a big place . They can runnig around , safe place. But again . The opening is around 10:00 am .
No designated area for pets. All pets have to be leashed
No dog park at Trotwood
Leash it's a park for kids although it has a fenced off workout area for adults
