It's fun for kids. It's refreshing, there's sand and a big park. There are few seats for parents, but you can sit on the floor or bring folding chairs.

So, honestly it really depends on who is the "lifeguard" that day that you go with your family. If you are not a Winter Springs resident, you are suppose pay a entry fee for the splash pad, but I have seen where depending on who the lifeguard is that day that you go, you may not have to pay to use the splash pad at Torcaso Park......
