I have lived here 9 years and never had had any issues with previous administrators. 1. I received a water bill in the amount of $346.34 for one month which is 5 times more of what I usually pay; my monthly water bills range is between $50.00 and $80.00. I contacted the City of Winter Springs City Hall (water company) and I was told that my meter was administrated by apartments office. I talked to Patricia Slater from leasing office and surprisingly she was incredibly dismissive, she told me that I was responsible for the bill and that I had to pay it and that I had "other choices" if I didn't like how she was handling the issue. Bottom line is the increase in my bill amount was due to a water leak in the second toilet that only my 15 y/o son uses but he didn't know any better, he is a kid I heard the noise one day when I went to his room and immediately shut off water on toilet and placed a maintenance request order and I set it up as “high priority” on July 3rd, and they didn’t come to fix it until July 8th. On August 1st I paid a water bill of $132.32 (2X my usual amount) and of course I paid it because I understood it was due to the running water on the toilet and so I paid it but now I have a water bill for $346.34 and to me it is just absolutely ridiculous!! It is just 2 people here, we don’t take baths, we take showers; a house water bill is not even this high. I requested assistance from the leasing office via email and via phone calls, but my requests have been ignored... I am at their mercy. 2.Parking Spaces Fee refund: Moss Park Apartments, Concord Management charges for assigned parking spaces and in my case I was charged for the use of 2 parking spaces that I was not able to use due roof replacement that took place since February 2021 through July 2021. I did not get any other parking spaces assigned during those months and was forced to park outside on the street because not even the visitors parking were available, many times those parking spaces were taken by other tenants who were also paying for assigned parking spaces that couldn’t use during the time of roof replacement. I requested this money to be refunded several times and again my requests have been ignored multiples times. The pending refund amount is $360.00 Again, Concord is being very abusive. 3. They control your wi-fi password!! totally invasive and dangerous, you can't choose internet provider, you can't create your own password, they do. I am not asking for hand outs, just need to be treated with respect and dignity, I am a paying consumer and I need to be treated as such.

Patricia made the process of moving easy and explained everything. She is kind, professional and understanding! My advice to you guys don’t ever based your opinion on reviews because you might missed on a great things in life! Everything I have read here was completely not true! I followed my own intuition and it was correct! Thank you to Patricia and the maintenance guys they were amazing and welcoming😊

Do not apply here, I paid a holding fee for an apartment, turns out it wasn’t available when needed, I’ve been trying to get my deposit back since April, I call during business hours no one ever answers, leave voicemails and get no call backs!!! Save yourself the headache do not deal with this place

They are NOT TELLING people they have no availability for a year on their website- but they’re charging $90 app fee along with $300 holding deposit (non refundable) to everyone who applies. THIS IS A SCAM!! Same people own a run down complex in Atlanta GA and they did the same there!
