It's a great place but you have to know where you're going, especially if you're heading to the lower pavilions, which unfortunately are not Ada compliant at all.

Locate the park on Google Maps and search for "hotels nearby"... Best bets are around SR 434 and SR 50 (Colonial Dr), or near the intersection of I4 and SR436 (Semoran)...
It's a Great dog park, different areas for small and large dogs, plenty of parking as well.
There is enough space and access. Although, i am not sure that us an intended use.
I am almost positive that they are but they have to be on a leash.
It is recommend to reserve, as the pavilions are booked often on weekends. You no longer go to Central Winds to reserve. You make your reservations online via the city website.
The upper fields division lights generally stay on until 9 PM on weekdays, once games are finished. However, in the non-athletic season (December-February, May-August), the lights do not come on as there are no athletics.
I think so assuming you have a fishing license for Florida. However I don't think there is a fishing pier so you'd have to stand on the shore. That's always an iffy project with the alligators.
