Is there a charge to use the covered pavilion for a kids birthday party? If so how much is it? Do I make a reservation for the pavilion or is it first come first serve?

It is recommend to reserve, as the pavilions are booked often on weekends. You no longer go to Central Winds to reserve. You make your reservations online via the city website.

There is a charge. It's been years, so I can't remember rates. Reservations are recommended. There's an office on the second floor of the main building in the middle of the baseball fields. In the past, that's where we've set up and paid for the reservation. There's a door, usually unlocked, where you can head upstairs and talk to someone. Again, it's been years, so I don't know if things have changed. Hope this helps.
