Yes beer and wine are sold at consessions. However only the main concession stand is open so you will have to walk a distance to get to it during any movies.
It does appear that they are now selling alcoholic beverages here, as seen from the concession stand.
Yes they offer beer and wine, selection is small, a few types of beer and cheap wine, but I suppose it's better than nothing
