They have been jerking us around for a while now. While working under our insurance they promised the world but canceled everyday and never had the proper equipment in our home. Kept saying they will bring it the next day but then would cancel the next day. We then tried to hire them (dumb on our part) to remove the mold and wet materials and they finally came for a quote and then said we would have it Monday. It’s Friday. We’ve called everyday and no call back. This place is absolutely awful.

Melbourne All Suites Inn used Servpro recently for an emergency restoration and clean up! Andrea and her team came to our rescue the same day as our request and provides highly professional service. I would recoment Servpro for any commercial or residential clean up needs.

My water heater blew up in my garage, leaving my entire garage full of water and my attic contents on the floor of my garage. They came out super fast and took out everything from my garage, bagged up the items I asked them to and removed them for me. They also helped me with their industrial floor dryers to get all the moisture out of my garage as well so construction to fix the attic ceiling could start asap. Very kind and courteous. Will refer in the future.

I gave 2 stars instead of one solely because of the weekend responding team from our initial call, 1 of the crews thay came out and how pleasant the ladies answering the calls were. Beyond the above mentioned, the service was horrible. It took over a week for a second visit. I had to constantly call to see why nothing was getting done or why the construction team had not contacted us. It took a month just to have someone come out from construction, by that point I had given up on them doing anything further and hired a separate flooring company to actually fix my house. Additional, they billed me 2 hours of "labor" when in reality NO ONE was at the house for more than 45 minutes, usually there for 30 mins or less. This one company that I will not be using again. Their slogan of "Like it never happened" is a lie, unless you want to wait 6 months and pay thousands of dollars extra.
