they came out to my home for an insurance claim on my floor when my condensation pump went out the original guys who came out didn't really seem to tool savy then they were supposed to come back the next day at 9 am waited all day never heard from them at all they came out today Tuesday said my house was completely dry and free of water God what a joke that was the first peice of padding I lifted was soaked with about 8th of an inch of water in some spots continued to take the flooring up in the bedrooms they said we're completely dry and it was wetter than what we originally pulled up in the other rooms the supervisor was supposed to call us today after 5 still haven't heard anything from him

Servpro was quick to show up to our house after a hot water tank leak. It did substantial damage to our garage. Anthony and his crew immediately setup dehumidifiers to minimize the damage. They not only treated and removed all the damage drywall they facilitated the repairs. They hired the sub contractors as needed and make it painless for us. Anthony communicated daily as repairs were being made. His communication to me as the customer was fantastic and something that is not the norm these days. The entire garage looks brand new.
