It is Disney. Dinner is excellent. No characters but a great staff. If you are worried about price... just saying.
Breakfast currently offers character interaction, but i believe that is the only meal which does so. Check online or call Disney for reservation availability. It is a little on the pricey end but less so than Flying Fish next door.
