Absolutely. My daughter has to avoid gluten but we always do a family style dinner here when relatives visit from NY. Gluten-free in an Italian restaurant? Yes its' possible. We told our waiter and the Executive Chef came out to speak with my daughter, offered her options and custom made a dinner for her. Wonderful service every time we go.

They do have a catering service which will deliver if it's a banquet or a corporate event and they will deliver to the Marriott. However, if it's a personal meal they don't do just regular delivery I would call Ubereats
