There was before the shutdown, but they have not returned to character dining. It is a wonderful breakfast in my opinion, especially if you like something a little different than standard breakfast fare.

Not that I'm aware of ... It's a fairly traditional meal, and character dining now is limited to them coming out for a bit and waving at guests. Topolino's Terrace at the Riviera resort and Hollywood & Vine offer this, as well as Cinderella's Royal Table. Hope you have a wonderful time!
