Yes, but it's rarely busy. I have picked seat five minutes before. You can choose at the window. I prefer seeing the seating plan and where other people are sitting
It doesn't have to be ahead of time. If you purchase tickets at the window they will ask you what seats you want to sit in to "reserve" your seating
You can buy tickets ahead of time, or purchase at the location. All tickets are for reserved seats.
