I'm currently 13, going here soon for a "field trip," and I really disliked this place when I went for a school trips previously (in 2nd + 4th grade). Do you think I'd get bored fast? Or is it "better" now?

Hi Christopher, thanks for the question. We are always adding new experiences to IMAG. In August we opened Science on a Sphere and Google EarthWall, which are both interactive experiences where you can explore the the Earth and our solar system. In September we opened Be the Astronaut, a fully immersive simulator experience developed with NASA. You will learn about space travel, plan a mission and then execute it in one of the 16 simulators. We have 3 new 3D movies (if your group has booked it), a Virtual Reality experience, an Augmented Reality Sandbox experience, and a whole lot more added in the last few years. Short answer, if you have not been here in a few years, we are "better" now!

I found the place pretty boring. The only thing I enjoyed was seeing the few animal exhibits.

You will probably get bored unless they have something specially planned. I think it's more for elementary school age.
