One never knows why someone parks in a handicap spot. Some show no outward signs like my family. My husband has 6 toes amputated. Cannot see them. Then after a couple of hours his feet kill or me my knee just gives out and I get heart palpations sometimes.
Because people aren't respectful.
I'm guessing it's because people are rude. Or aren't able to see the giant "handicapped" sign.
