Had two teeth extracted, after a wk still had pain and soreness and low grade temp. I was told to come in for reevaluate in a wk, no antibiotics ,or other advise given and was told they are very busy. Nice staff but I need a dentist that's not run like McDonald's.

They were very friendly there

Im not afraid of dentists, but this place has the potential to make you afraid. In the three months since choosing this as my dentists office, I made two appointments and had them postponed on me three times; twice last minute and once without notification. When I finally got in for my cleaning, the technician spent less than twenty minutes actually cleaning, and yet left my mouth in more pain than a cleaning has ever done. Went in for two fillings. The dental assistant who prepped and helped never made eye contact, and treated me more like a piece of meat with teeth attached than a person. while I was there the dentist told me she was going to do a third filling, and drilled all the way down almost to the nerve. When they reached the point past where the novocaine was effective, I made a face, and she stopped and in a very quiet, worried voice, asked for the filling material. Then she started to put an unfamiliar tool in my mouth, and when I tried to speak to ask what it was and what she was doing, she interrupted me to tell me “just a slight pinch…” At the end of the appointment they tried to bill me for over two hundred dollars. When they first made the appointment, they said it would only be sixty, but apparently that molar mold tool they used without getting my informed consent made the cost go up. The woman at the front desk told me a simple filling wasn’t covered by my insurance. Couldn’t give me a straight answer when I said why - told me at first because they used a composite filling, and then because it was a molar. I called my insurance the next day and they informed me that my insurance covered everything they’d done at 100%. Clearly they just want to bill the individual, because then they can charge more for their procedures. About a month later and that tooth still aches, and I have trouble getting floss in between my teeth in that area, which may cause more trapped debris and more decay.
