Anybody else have trouble getting manager to answer calls?

3 days before i got to talk and then, i was asked to let her call me back.

we have used Apsco for years, no problems. I think it depends on the time of the day and whether or not the manager is actually at the shop at the time. Many times it is better to just visit the store and speak to one of the sales people. Sorry you are having trouble contacting the manager. Do not give up get the person's name whom you talkd to on the phone and make reference when you finally speak to the manager.
