Because you are a millennial dope, I guess. Do you realize that Google Maps isn't Bonefish Customer Service... and the world does not revolve around you? Questions here are for customers to ask questions of other customers about a place or service. If you want to keep whining or complaining, call their office or the BBB. If it upsets you, don't go there.
You need to include specifics for the question to be answered. How long has it been since you ordered? What did you order? If it's a well done steak, then they do take anout 25 minutes. I've found that if it has ever taken an extended period of time for my order, I'm told what is going on and offered something (i.e. a drink, extra bread, discount, etc.). On the rare occasion that the manager didn't know, I asked for one and addressed the issue. Then it was taken care quickly.
A restaurant is only as good as it's employees and hopefully you addressed this with a manager.

I agree with Timothy that the staff and managers go out of their way to make things right. Don't walk away mad. Address your problem with a manager. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
