If I could leave zero stars, I most definitely would. This is the worse apartment complex I’ve ever rented from. You have to constantly call maintenance for the same issues that never get resolved. My ceiling was literally falling in at one point due to a leak that they never fully corrected. My carpet was wet for about two weeks from another leak and when they came to “fix it” all they did was remove the top layer of carpet and replace it with a new piece of carpet. Our toilet rarely ever worked and a week before we were scheduled to leave, they finally came to replace it, after we complained for almost the full year we were there. There was mold and rotting on a windowsill and when we called maintenance, they told us to just wipe it off. Please stay away from this complex, it’s old, outdated, and the management team doesn’t care about their tenants. The only person that ever seemed concerned to help was Joy.

I moved into this apartment and soon started feeling sick but did not know why.I went to the ER several times with chest pains and chronic fatigue, headaches and sinus issues. I had water damage 4 times and the cabinet under the sink looked like it had mold from water overflowing from the sink.. One time the rug in my bedroom got soaked and maintenance started cutting up the rug to remove the soaked pads. They told me there was probable mold damage.I called Ecossystems Environmental Services, Inc to have them do a Mold Report of the whole apt. Before they left to send the results to the lab, they told me the HVAC system and all the vents were covered with mold and I have been breathing it since the day I moved in. And during Covid we were told to stay in more that didn't help my health. I am being treated by a doctor who treats mold toxicity. She said," I am alarmed that my patient who is 74 years old, is living in an apartment that is making her ill. She developed issues shortly after moving into the apt. She has, since living in the apt, had multiple visits to the ER for serious health issues. I have considered the mold report that Ms Rubin paid for. My recommendation to her that she move out immediately. They recently sent me a letter after I moved out to pay for the last 22 days in a mold infested apt or they will send it to a collection agency.

This apartment complex is the worst I've ever seen. They tow your if you make an complaint or make a formal complaint. I had a visitor parking pass on my vehicle and because I complained the day before about not having an updated parking pass they towed my car. My boyfriend crossed out one month and circled the correct month on the pass and they said oh well you have to pay another 200 dollars! I called the police and they said to go to the attorney general's office. because what they did was an illegal tow I was also told if they tow it again to call the police and report they have now stolen my car. These people don't care about you or your family. One family had mold coming through the wall and their son became very ill they sued the family for leaving the family had to protect their child! Please don't move in this place.
