The cashier at the concession stand was pleasant and spoke with a smile. Loved that!! The theater was clean. My hubby and I were the only ones in Theater 1. There was peace in the valley. No talking out loud or lit up cell phones. Loved that too. Lol

Neat and clean. The popcorn was hot. I do think it was easier for customers getting tickets to have that at the door instead of concession stand

We were very disconcerted when a worker named Natasha asked us, after we told her we were not yet seniors, if we were in our 50s…and then when we said no asked if we were sure with all of that gray in my wife’s prematurely gray hair….yes, we were quite sure and a bit offended at that point at the lack of quality customer service, which has NEVER been a problem for us before with Regal or anyone else I can recall. This was followed up with a comment that she had some prematurely gray hair so don’t worry about it….that was somewhat perturbing too, because I wasn’t worried about it at all, but there was no apology at that point for possibly offending a customer. We thought that was over and chose our seats at the back of the theater (my wife doesn’t do well in the front with lots of action and special effects), and we were then told that we could take an elevator up to see to the top of the theater if we had trouble with all of the big staircase. Again, wildly offensive….🙄. We love Regal Cinemas and the show is sure to be great (you guys were a bit busy at concessions or I would have asked for the manager (who was working at the time behind the counter and hopefully was treating his customers better than we were treated today. I get social awkwardness, but there is no place for this if you are in the business of pleasing your customers. I pray t this does not happen again and I look forward to hearing from someone soon at the email attached to this comment. May 14, 2022 1:00PM Appreciatively, Matt and Sandy Morin

The kiosks do not work. Have had issues every time. One time it made us late to the movie and the person helping us asked if we cared if we were late. We said yes. They said oh it’s just previews. We said we’d like to see the previews…they really need to fix them or just get rid of them. Seats are comfy and that’s about the only pro I can think of. But getting tickets is so difficult that it outweighs all of the good things.

You would have to speak to customer service at the location to exchange them.
The matinee price is $9.15. After 3:00 adult tickets are $12.15. Child and senor tickets stay at matinee prices.
Not sure your question, but the invisible man was really good.
The Regal app will give you showtimes for up to six Regal theaters that you select as favorites.
Matinees are the cheapest tickets
I only go to matinees and I pay $9.50 for a senior ticket. I believe, but not sure, student tickets are the same price. I don't know about adult tickets.
Yes, you have to pick a seat on the small screen they show during the process of purchasing your ticket.
If it shows up on your Fandango app as an electronic ticket, you just present your device for scanning inside by the ticket taker.
