I lived here for 14 months, and wish I could’ve stayed longer (I left for a new city). The staff is super friendly, the maintenance guys always came in a timely manner and got the job done, the apartments themselves are clean and updated, I NEVER heard my neighbors thorough the walls, I used the 24hr gym all the time, and there’s a very convenient sidewalk to walk to a small shopping center (w/Food Lion) in 5 mins. I miss it already!

I just want to give a great big hand clap to CVW! I recently applied (2/3/22) and have my move in date ready to go for 2/7/22. When I say the staff are very responsive and professional I am certainly speaking the truth. I am moving from Texas with my husband, children, and a dog so it is already a lot going on in my life and did not want to be hassled during such a big move. The staff made this process go so smoothly for me and answered ALL of my questions. Being I’m from Texas there are a lot of differences, which can be expected along with my complete nervousness even as a professional myself. I have sent so many emails asking questions and calling, but they have been so kind and responded. They really put my feelings at ease and gave me a peace of mind that my family has chosen the right place. We did not physically visit before even applying and signing the lease. The reviews, photos, and some other info we know about the area and it being very pleasant is what attracted us to this community. I am very appreciative and thankful my family has such a warm and inviting place to relocate to as we transition permanently from Texas to Virginia. Thank you Daniela and Barbara!

CVW is a awesome place to live, I've experienced nothing but cool vibes from my neighbors. The office staffs are amazing and professional when asking any needed questions and the maintenance operators work ethics in fixing apartment equipment are great... Will recommend any new tenants to a wonderful environment.

I’ve been living here a little over 9 months. I love it. Very peaceful and quite. Neighbors are friendly. Office staff is amazing and easy to talk too. They have been very helpful during this pandemic. The community grounds are well maintained.
