It depends, for a first time buyer with a minimum of 2 flights, it's $59.95. It increases depending on how many flights you want to do and whether you would like to include VR.
Depends on how much time you want to fly. The bottom dollar package I believe is like $60 plus tax. But don't quote me on that but it should be in that range.
