I'm not sure about a trolly but I did see several vechicles for free rides when there on Thur 4-1-21. We drove from Tr Is and there was a free shuttle from John's Pass that drove by.. gonna try that next time...

I have never seen a trolley but I don't know for sure if a trolley goes anywhere near it
