Extremely friendly staff. Drop off window for prepaid packages, no waiting in line. I've had other POs complain about having to scan packages, but not these folks. They seem genuinely happy to have the business. Wish I'd started coming here years ago.

Bring a snack and a good book, because you're going to stand in line for 45 minutes at a minimum. All the while the manager isn't assisting associates or customers. Zero stars.

Mailed out a card with a target gift card inside and they said it’s too thick so I needed to send it out as a package. It WAS NOT TOO THICK. A little baby shower card and a target gift card and it was $5 to ship. Ridiculous will not be coming here again. Ups can just deal with my mail for now on.
