Homes for sale are usually listed on Zillow/Trulia or Realtor.com. Looking up the physical address will get you a list of all units for sale that are on the internet. Please be aware that the $30,000 or so share cost is included in the sales prices. Most homes here run $60,000 for older homes and fixers on interior lots to the upper $200's for large new homes on the water. If you want to buy an older home, it will probably have to be cash sale, as banks have restrictions on mortgages for mobile or manufactured homes by manufacturing date. There is a website that is being revamped, but I believe you can read the rules and restrictions there. This is a 100% resident-owned park, and most renters and many owners are snowbirds, so it's very quiet in summer with reduced activities for those of us who are permanent residents.
