My granddaughter moved in here recently with my great grandbaby who is 3 and though the outside is dated the inside was fairly new and the neighborhood was quiet at night and kids playing in the day riding their bikes and having fun. Safe family park even though homes are older models. The owner and his staff were very accommodating on making it an affordable place to move in with more space than a weekly hotel. Thankful for them.

My family and I have been living here for a few months and can’t be happier the property manager and property owner are amazing we’ve had a few issues and they been very accommodating and easy to to work with would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a place to live

Gulf Breeze MHP is rental park. We do have four RV spaces but they are full and would not accommodate at doublewide anyways.
Of course we do. We accept weekly, biweekly or monthly payments. Monthly equals four times the weekly payment as it states on both the FAQ page and the CURRENT RENTALS page.
We do have lots but none available now. Maybe next fall.

It's terrible, he cannot keep proper records of rent and payments. He doesn't keep his places clean and up to code. It was a filthy place whenni lived there about a year ago and I was there for 3years
Yes, we are an all-ages family park. The school buses pull right into the middle of the park.
