A very nice mobile home park. Great management. Many activities to keep residents busy. Small pets are allowed, but only on the outside perimeter homes. Location couldn't be much better than this. Lot rent is currently $567.00 a month and generally goes up $10-15 a year. Great management.
Kenneth... I currently own a unit in this Park and can attest that the lot fee is most certainly NOT $350/monthly. It currently is in the area of $572 and increases by about $10-15 annually. I will say however that the park residents are very welcoming and neighbourly.
It's a nice park but lot rent 550.00 a month. It doesn't go up every year, but has gone up here and there. Your other option is find a park where you own the property. Then you will pay taxes but won't have all the amenities,such as a pool and clubhouse. They also trim your bushes and mow.Lot rent is too high
