I have 3 questions: #1. Is the skate park Okay for roller skaters? #.2 are there any quarter pipes and skate ramps and stuff that are good for beginners #3. Does it cost money to enter?

I believe they would let rollerblades in, but only on the skate days, not bike days. Not good for beginners IMHO, except maybe in the street skate area. Yes it costs, unless you arrive late into the last session of the day.
