No they have foam backs you can post paper targets on that's it.
Almost none public range or private will let you use metal targets. They are afraid of bullet ricochet. You can use all the paper targets you like but no metal. The only range i have seen with metal targets is Eustis Gun Club and only in the 200 yard line for the same reason.
