Just a fyi, no one EVER answers the phone, like ever. I have called at least 50+ times and never got an answer once, which I just don’t understand.
Instead I had to go out of my way to go in person to ask my questions due to no one answering phonr.

I have had the same experience. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone no matter what options I press.
