No it is not a family resort. You need to be 50 plus
50 plus. Younger can VISIT, but not permanently
50 and older park. Call office about guest rules, or check website for more information.
It's a 55 or older. You are allowed to have kids visit but can only stay 1 week . Unless approved by office for longer
