I have not received any stimulus check nor my refund, I have mail all my identity information, because I called they said to send it. I'm still waiting. I like to have an appointment but it really difficult to get to correct area of site to get one.
Neither has my Boyfriend or his stimulus. They keep saying they need him to verify identity. Back when we got the letter, they were still open and we would sit forever on the phone to be told to go do it online. Then we went online and it does t recognize any of his info, says we need to go to the office and we played back n forth the offices closed due to Covid and we STILL can't get him verified. Between the 2 checks he's owed like $2,600.00...plus we just found out they never sent his 2018 check to his student loans it was flagged and he was never notified. And that check was for a little over 2,000 00 so he may be owed that too PLUS interest now. Boy when YOU owe THEM money...they want to take everything you got and garnish wages and leave you with nothing and charge interest AND penalties. We even called the Tax advocacy group and another place that's supposed to help those with low income and learning disabilities, dealer ith the IRS and noone has called back or answered any emai
