When in the back room for extended periods we lock the door for several reasons. Mainly safety. Again I am sorry that you arrived and the timing was poor. That is very unusual for Jessie's. In 7.5 years I have never heard of anyone having to wait for service. I will find out and repost an answer for you. The owners and employees are very punctual. OK Mrs. Lachance I just spoke to the store clerk, and she wasn't feeling well and was in the restroom. I explained to her why I was asking, and she apologized the anyone had to wait.
