I'm appalled at the sidewalk outside your Monterey shop. Urine and human stains right in your entry way. The homeless issue has got everything to do with this... i'm not sure this is the best location.

The homeless situation may have some to do with that its a horrible situation all over the united states and store owners can only do so much especially if the person has money to buy something

I've been to this location many times and have not had that experience. This location is in a shopping square with a Trader Joe's, Pharmaca Pharmacy, Chipotle, Verizon and other stores. It is directly across the street from the Monterey Bus Transit center in downtown Monterey. I've never had a problem. Both areas have lots of activity from pedestrians and cars.
